Feeding Humphead Parrotfish at Batu Kelebit, Tulamben, Bali, Indonesia
Feeding humphead parrotfish (Bolbometopon muricatum) at Batu Kelebit dive site, Tulamben, Bali, Indonesia. Nov/2012.
Batu Kelebit is one of my favorite dive site around Tulamben, Bali, Indonesia. When I was living in Bali, I often hired the Jukung(small traditional fishing boat) from the village near Tulamben wreck and went alone between Batu Kelebit and Tulamben dropoff. At night time, they sleep inside the wreck and every morning coming here to feed the corals. You don’t see big school here but surrounding by 5~6 huge (some of them +1 meter) humphead was always great experience.
